SR20/LS Overview
Originally part of the DK7 drum mic kit, this kick mic was requested for individual rental and purchase by people with curiosities just like yours. The SR20 LS quickly began replacing the dual miking technique of many A1's and A2's that frequent our services. It is, like all Earthworks, a condenser. This guy utilizes a cardioid pickup pattern. It looks like an SR25 but this guy doesn't need a KickPad™ to handle the SPL's the SR25 couldn't. Just place it, dial it in and walk away.
